Our customers work on time critical topics, and we expect to deliver the best customer experience possible. To maintain that during our fast growth we look for an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Service. Your only goal is to take service quality for our academic customers to a whole new level!

What you will do

  • Understand what is service critical for our customers
  • Adjust existing and implement new service processes
  • Identify automation potential and drive implementation
  • Set up service infrastructure (hard & software) for a global team
  • Build and lead a team of service agents (5-10) in Berlin and Boston
  • Report directly to the COO, one of the co-founders


What we expect

  • 5 or more years of experience in eCommerce or similar service environments
  • Proven track record of building and leading a distributed team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong English written and oral language skills - close to native speaker level
  • Experience with Salesforce and aircall or similar systems
  • Experience in service for academic customers a plus
